First Place 4 Health Bible Study Groups
Outlook Ministry provides online support groups for those choosing to purchase materials and use in our groups. Members are responsible for locating and having the materials on hand by the start of the new session. For more information on what materials you will need use the contact link on the homepage. Welcome to Outlook Ministry, your online support group. Outlook Ministry is an independent ministry and not affiliated with First Place 4 Health.
MEMBER'S GUIDE AND FOOD TRACKING METHODS: Members may choose to use any First Place or First Place 4 Health Program Guides in our groups. You can also choose to use any food plan taught within the materials. Many of our members are Weight Watchers® members and may choose to use that tracking method to blend their Weight Watchers® weight management success with the balance taught in the First Place or First Place 4 Health Program Guides. Keep in mind we DO NOT TEACH the Weight Watchers® FOOD PLAN. We do ask our Weight Watchers® members to record what they eat and the amounts but just use their Points® as their personal tracking method. If you are on a Doctor's Prescribed Diet that would take priority over the food plan taught within the materials. The information is provided for informational and educational proposes only. You should consult your physician before beginning any weight-management program. *Before undertaking this or any other weight-management program, you should consult your physician and disclose any pre-existing medical history which might effect your participation in the program including, but not limited to, heart disease, high blood pressure, anorexia/bulimia, diabetes or hypoglycemia.
