Check out the new website with its new message board, and join a group! I love First Place and have been a leader since 1993. The one thing I know is once you have experienced the First Place lifestyle, it never leaves you.

We have members at goal that continue to join us online for ongoing accountability and support of others so the pounds they worked so hard to get off – stay off. Just like any local group I have been involved in we have members that need to lose a few pounds and members who need to lose a lot of pounds. It seems like goal weight is so out of reach, but I tell them if they don’t quit they will win. Quitting is the only way to be a failure...and even then, beginning again removed the failure part of the program. Begin again if you are not where you want to be!!! Weight fluctuation is normal but when you are not connected to others there is a much higher risk of weight gain. Where are you in your First Place journey? Do you want to begin again or press on with the lifestyle you have in place?

We began our 10th year of online support groups in January 2010. If you are not involved in a local group or if you are a leader of a local group, please prayerfully consider joining us just one session and see if the support here is just the edge you need to succeed!!! Maintenance starts now!

To participate, members need to have on hand a Member’s Guide and the featured First Place 4 Health Bible Study.
